AVAILABILITY Frost sensitive plants are normally available for delivery from May to October, after October please enquire. For orders of frost sensitive plants received November to April these will start to ship in May on a strict first come first served basis against our backlog of orders. Hardy plants will ship all year round dependent on weather conditions and availability.
Note: We charge additional postage for back ordered plants if partial delivery is requested. At any time you can change your back order or let us know if you would prefer a refund. If the above is unsuitable please list a few substitutes with your order.
PAYMENT Unless otherwise arranged payment with order please. Please make any cheques payable to PPW Services Ltd. Credit card transactions will be processed by JungleSeeds which is a trading name of PPW Services Ltd. We reserve the right to claim back from customers any Bank charges incurred by PPW Services for cheques refused by their Bank.

YOUR PRIVACY When you place an order with us we will retain your name, address and a record of your transactions on file. Only PPW Services Ltd. personnel will have access to this password protected and encrypted information. By placing an order with us you will automatically receive a free copy of our next catalogue the following year. If you do not wish to receive either of these please advise us. You have the right to see or correct any of your personal details held by PPW Services Ltd.
TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE Plants should be inspected on arrival and checked against the delivery note, which will be enclosed, and notify us within 2 days if there are any problems. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the plant has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately. We will treat all complaints seriously and will do our best to rectify the problem. If however you have signed for the plants and any damage has not been noted then PPW Services Ltd. will not be responsible for any compensation. Please contact us for a returns authorisation number before sending any goods back to us. If the item is damaged, or the wrong item was delivered, we will arrange for the return, but if the return is for any other reason the customer is responsible for the full cost of the return and the goods must be returned in as new condition.
ORDER DESPATCH. Please inform us if you plan to go away so we can avoid despatching your goods at that time. We do not accept responsibility and any subsequent loss/damage of products for shipments despatched when you are on holiday.
PLANT SHIPPING CHARGES We use an overnight courier for most plant shipments but a 48 hour delivery may be required for some parts of the country. Note: The 24 hour shipment is from despatch of order and not the lead time from order. The standard charge at cost to cover packaging and courier charges is £11.99 up to a weight of 20kg. Typically 20 kg represents about 15x1 litre plants or 7x3 litre plants - sufficient for most orders. However if the order is over 20kg we charge an additional 50p per kg. For single plant orders we offer a special delivery charge of £7.85.
NON MAINLAND UK SHIPPING CHARGES For Northern Ireland, parts of Scotland, Isle of Man, and the Isle of Wight, normal delivery charges do not apply, therefore please enquire for a special delivery cost quotation for these areas.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS We do not accept product, plant orders for delivery outside of the UK.
LEAD TIME FROM ORDER. If plants are seasonably available, we normally plan to ship within 10 working days assuming that the plants have grown sufficiently from either our own spring propagation or recovered from winter hybernation or have been delivered to us in time, however we do not normally dispatch plants during adverse weather or frosty conditions. In our busy period May to June we have thousands of plants to ship and further delays are inevitable during these months, please be patient with us during this time.
ORDERS - We reserve the right not to accept or process your order for any reason. We reserve the right not to fulfil and to cancel orders in the event of obvious inaccuracies in prices, except that we may fulfil your order at the correct price or if we are unable to obtain full payment prior to dispatch.
